A no-smoking unit, requires 1 month security deposit.

Rent will vary depending on duration. Prefer 3-month duration up to a maximum of 8-months. Cost of electricity not included in rent.

Sorry but booking for Jan. Feb and March 2012 is currently rented. Remaining months are still available though.
