Mariner’s Cove Park is a not-for-profit, adult, mobile/ manufactured home community nestled on the Estero River in Estero, Florida. The park is comprised of five parallel streets with the end of each street fronting towards the Estero River. There is a boat ramp with some 70+ boat docks providing members with boating access to Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Mariner’s Cove Park has a beautiful, screen covered swimming pool, club house, laundry, small library, shuffleboard court with bleachered cheering section all for the exclusive use of homeowners. A landscaped pathway extends along the waterfront with several park benches and swinging loungers for members to view and enjoy the river’s wildlife and scenery.
The Park operations are governed by a Board of Directors comprised of 7 elected Board Directors. Elections for new directors occur annually and directors are drawn and elected from homeowners in good standing within the park community.
While the land lots are owned by individual homeowners, Mariner’s Cove Home Owners Association has a number of governing park bylaws, rules and regulations in effect. These provide for a friendly, and well kept adult park environment.
